I'm really looking forward to seeing how Scott Smith's The Ruins translates to the screen. The book was terrific and I hope the movie does it justice. As a close second, I'm pumped to see Sam Raimi's return to low budget horror with Drag Me To Hell.

I'm also completely stoked for the over-the-top violence of Rambo. That bloodbath of a trailer is wicked.

I'd say Romero's latest is worth getting excited about - his best since Day of the Dead. À l'intérieur and Frontière(s) should rocket to the top of the anticipation list for any gore fan (or any horror fans, really). They both have moments of jaw-dropping violence that went way beyond my expectations. Gripping stories and fantastic cinematography, as well.

Diary of the Dead definitely has me supremely curious. Everything I've seen is very promising. I like the idea of taking it back to the beginning. He had advanced it about as far as it could go with Land of the Dead.
